BMU funding for ELISA in Hessen

The German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, and Nuclear Safety (abbreviated BMU in German) funded planning and construction of the ELISA infrastructure in the federal state of Hessen. This constituted the first project phase and was carried out between January, 2017 and December, 2018. It was awarded a total of 14.6 million euros in funding.

The field experiment in Hessen is scheduled to be run until the end of 2022 and will receive another 15.3 million euros of BMU funding.
